Screaming Face With Grasping Hands, Dark Art

A distorted human face screams with its mouth stretched wide while fingers clutch and pull at the flesh around it, dragging taut strands across the brow and jaw. Deep shading and soft highlights give the design a surreal, nightmarish mood, with the hands and stretched skin forming the darkest points of contrast. It is worked in smooth black and grey tones with a painterly, illustrative finish.
